Summary

This study tested whether taking a new dietary supplement for 16 days can improve exercise performance and cognitive function in healthy adults. Forty participants (20 young, ages 18–30, and 20 older, ages 50–65) completed cognitive tests, cycling exercises, and blood draws. Each person took both the supplement and a placebo at different times to compare effects.
