First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tested a new treatment called SUPLEXA in 46 adults with advanced solid tumors or blood cancers that had spread. The main goal was to check if the therapy is safe and tolerable when given repeatedly through an IV. Researchers also looked for signs that the treatment might shrink tumors or lower cancer markers in the blood.
