Hand and foot therapy tested for relief of severe period pain
NCT ID NCT06983600
Summary
This study tested whether SuJok therapy, a non-drug treatment that applies pressure to specific points on the hands and feet, could reduce menstrual pain and improve quality of life. It involved 100 young female university students who regularly experienced moderate to severe period pain. Researchers compared pain levels and life quality before and after the therapy to see if this alternative method provided relief.
