Summary
This study looks at whether using a computer algorithm during primary care visits can help doctors identify adults who may be thinking about suicide. Researchers will compare how many patients are flagged and offered a safety plan before and after the tool is introduced. About 500,000 adults at Kaiser Permanente Washington will take part, with no direct treatment involved.
