Summary

This study is testing whether a special risk model can help prevent suicide attempts in adults receiving behavioral health care. About 394,000 people will take part, and researchers will compare those identified by the model to those getting usual care. The goal is to see if the model reduces suicide attempts within 90 days of a clinic visit.
