Summary
This study tested a new experimental vaccine designed to protect against the Sudan strain of the Ebola virus. It involved 125 healthy adults in Uganda and Kenya to check if the vaccine was safe and if it triggered a good immune response. Most participants received the real vaccine, while a smaller group received a placebo shot for comparison.
