Summary
This study tested a special educational program designed to improve teenagers' knowledge and behavior around substance abuse. The program was based on the Behavior Change Wheel model. A total of 226 adolescents aged 10 to 18 took part. The goal was to see if the program could help teens make healthier choices and reduce their involvement with alcohol and drugs.
