Summary
This study tests a new form of oxytocin given as a tablet under the tongue to prevent heavy bleeding after childbirth. It involves 330 healthy pregnant women having a normal vaginal delivery. The goal is to see if this easy-to-use method can safely reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage.
