New hope for blood cancer patients out of options

Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental drug called STX-0712 for people with advanced forms of blood cancers (CMML and AML) who have run out of standard treatment options. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug shows any early signs of fighting the cancer. About 105 participants will receive the drug through an IV every three weeks until they can no longer continue.
