First seen Jan 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving parents an easy-to-understand information sheet after their child's first simple febrile seizure reduces repeat emergency visits and eases anxiety. About 100 parents of children aged 9 months to 5 years will receive the sheet during their first ER visit. The goal is to help families manage fever safely and avoid unnecessary trips to the hospital.
