Summary
This study tests whether combining a sedative (dexmedetomidine) with a gentle nerve stimulation technique can lower the chance of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic surgery in women. Researchers will track 176 female patients for 24 to 48 hours after their operation. The goal is to find a better way to manage this common side effect without strong drugs.
