NCT ID NCT06919536
Summary
This study aimed to understand how accurately people report their food intake, a common method used in nutrition research. Researchers served 75 adults a precisely measured meal and then asked them to recall what they ate the next day. The goal was to see which foods people forget or misreport and if factors like body weight or gender affect accuracy, to help improve future diet surveys.
