First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tested a drug called XL184 in 19 people whose grade IV astrocytic brain tumors had come back after initial treatment. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors or slow their growth. However, the company stopped the study early for business reasons, so no clear results on how well the drug worked were obtained.
