First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tested a combination of two experimental drugs (maplirpacept and glofitamab) for people with a type of blood cancer called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that had come back or not responded to prior treatments. Participants had already tried at least two other treatments and could not have a stem cell transplant. The goal was to find a safe and effective dose. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
