New drug combo for tough lymphoma shows early promise but study halted

NCT ID NCT05626322

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study looked at a combination of three medicines (maplirpacept, tafasitamab, and lenalidomide) for people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that had come back or didn't respond to prior treatment. Participants were not able or willing to have a stem cell transplant or CAR-T therapy. The study was stopped early, and only 6 people took part, so results are limited.
