This early-phase study tested a new drug called INCB040093, alone or with another drug itacitinib, in 121 adults with B-cell blood cancers that had come back or stopped responding to treatment. The main goal was to find safe doses and check for side effects. The study also looked at whether the drugs could shrink tumors.
