Summary
This study tests a combination of targeted drugs and immunotherapy for people with untreated primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMBL), a rare type of blood cancer. The treatment uses brentuximab vedotin (which delivers a toxin directly to cancer cells) and nivolumab (which helps the immune system attack the cancer), followed by a standard chemo-immunotherapy regimen. The goal is to see if this approach can control the disease effectively while being less harsh than standard chemotherapy alone. About 31 participants will be enrolled.
