First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a combination of two experimental drugs (BGB-283 and PD-0325901) in 91 adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that had stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals were to check safety and see if the drugs could shrink tumors. This is not a cure, but a step toward better control of certain cancers.
