Support circles tested to combat burnout in midwifery students

Summary
This study looks at whether a structured support group, called the Student Midwife Support Circle, can help midwifery students feel less burned out, more resilient, and more connected to their profession. About 80 students will take part. Researchers will measure changes in burnout, belonging, and resilience using surveys.
