New drug trial offers hope for hemophilia patients resistant to standard treatments

Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental injection called STSP-0601 can effectively stop bleeding episodes in people with hemophilia A or B who have developed inhibitors. The trial involves 32 participants aged 12-70 who experience frequent bleeding episodes despite standard treatments. Researchers will measure how well and how quickly the injection controls bleeding over 12 hours.
