Summary
This study tested whether combining two types of cognitive rehabilitation (restorative and compensatory) can improve thinking skills in people who had a stroke and now have mild memory or attention problems. 36 adults aged 50-70 with mild cognitive impairment after a stroke participated. The goal was to see if this combined approach helps more than standard care.
