First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study will follow 400 adults with psoriatic arthritis who are starting a new advanced therapy as part of their routine care. Researchers want to see if treatment works better when given earlier in the disease course, and whether measuring drug levels or antibodies in the blood can predict success. Participants will complete questionnaires and give blood samples before treatment and after 12 weeks.
