New stretching combo may ease sciatica pain
NCT ID NCT07628426
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests two physical therapy techniques for people with lumbar radiculopathy (sciatica). One group does a standard muscle stretching method, while the other adds a nerve-gliding exercise. Researchers will measure pain, flexibility, and daily function in 22 adults aged 30-50 to see which approach works better.
