Summary
This study looked at whether dynamic stretching or foam rolling works better for improving hamstring flexibility and muscle oxygen levels. Thirty-nine healthy adults with tight hamstrings did one session of either stretching or foam rolling. Researchers measured flexibility and muscle oxygenation before and after. The goal is to find simple, effective ways to improve movement and prevent injury.
