Stretch or needle? new study tests better relief for back pain sufferers

Summary

This study compares two treatments—post-facilitation stretching and dry needling—for people with chronic low back pain and tight hamstrings. About 36 adults aged 20-50 will receive one of the treatments three times a week for three weeks. The goal is to see which approach better improves flexibility, reduces pain, and helps daily function.
