Can yoga and relaxation help young cancer survivors? new study tests a Stress-Busting program
NCT ID NCT03768336
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a group program called the Relaxation Response Resiliency Program (3RP-AYA) for adolescents and young adults who finished cancer treatment in the last 5 years. The program uses mind-body techniques like imagery, relaxation, and yoga to reduce stress and build resilience. Researchers want to see if the program is feasible and acceptable to participants. The study involves 72 people and compares those who get the program right away to those who wait about 2 months.
