Heart MRI may reveal who is at risk of early death

NCT ID NCT07191574

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special heart MRI (stress CMR) can help predict long-term survival in over 5,500 people with known or suspected heart disease. Researchers will review medical records to see who died and whether the MRI results were linked to that risk. The goal is to better understand how this imaging test can guide treatment and improve patient care.
