Can a quick workout or sauna stop your blood pressure from spiking?
NCT ID NCT06319001
Summary
This study looked at whether a single session of intense exercise or a sauna followed by a cold bath could help lower blood pressure spikes during stressful physical tasks. Researchers tested 45 healthy adults to see if these brief interventions could change how the body reacts to stress. They also explored whether learning positive information about stress could make these effects stronger.
