New shoulder exercises could boost recovery after replacement surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether adding strengthening exercises for certain shoulder muscles to standard physical therapy helps people recover better after reverse shoulder replacement. About 27 adults scheduled for this surgery will be randomly assigned to standard rehab or standard rehab plus the extra exercises. Researchers will measure pain, movement, and daily function to see if the added exercises make a difference.
