First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding targeted strengthening exercises to standard physical therapy helps people recover better after reverse shoulder replacement surgery. About 27 adults scheduled for this surgery will be randomly assigned to standard rehab alone or standard rehab plus extra exercises for key shoulder muscles. Researchers will measure pain, movement, and daily function to see if the extra exercises make a difference.
