First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a strength exercise program can improve muscle health in children and teens with cystic fibrosis who are taking new CFTR modulator drugs. 48 participants will be randomly assigned to either an exercise group or a control group. Researchers will measure muscle strength, lung function, and fitness to see if exercise helps manage side effects and improve overall health.
