Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called STP938 in about 70 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it. A special focus is on ovarian cancers missing a specific gene (CTPS2 null).
