Could a simple stool test revolutionize stomach cancer detection?
NCT ID NCT07312500
Summary
This study is testing whether analyzing DNA from stool samples can help detect stomach cancer earlier and predict which patients might experience recurrence after treatment. Researchers are enrolling 3,000 participants, including people with stomach cancer, those with benign stomach conditions, and healthy individuals. The goal is to develop a non-invasive test that could improve diagnosis and help doctors monitor patients' long-term outcomes.
