First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding steroid nasal drops to smell training can improve smell function better than smell training alone in people who lost their sense of smell after an infection. About 100 adults aged 18-65 with confirmed smell loss will participate. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to meaningful improvement in smell tests and quality of life.
