Summary

This study looks at whether giving extra doses of a steroid called dexamethasone after scoliosis surgery can help teens recover better. About 50 participants aged 10-18 will either get the standard one dose or three extra doses after surgery. Researchers will measure pain, nausea, and how long they stay in the hospital.
