Summary
This study tests a stepped care approach for 60 young people at high risk for psychosis. Participants start with the least intensive support (individual or group) and move to more focused therapy if needed. Researchers track symptoms and daily functioning over 18 months to see if this step-by-step method can prevent psychosis from developing.
