Summary
This study tests whether stem cells from donated umbilical cords can safely help people with early-stage osteonecrosis (bone death) of the hip. The goal is to improve hip function and possibly delay or avoid hip replacement. The trial involves 30 participants and uses MRI scans and hip scores to measure results.
