Modified 'Suicide' stem cells injected into brain to fight aggressive cancer
NCT ID NCT07143812
Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety of a new treatment for glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. Doctors inject specially modified donor stem cells directly into the brain after surgery. The goal is to see if these cells can target and kill any remaining cancer cells to help delay the tumor's return.
