Summary
This early-phase study tests whether stem cells from donated umbilical cords can safely help people with long-lasting shoulder pain from rotator cuff disease. About 21 adults who haven't gotten better with standard treatments will receive the stem cell injection. The goal is to see if it reduces pain and improves daily activities like reaching or lifting.
