First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This phase 3 study tests whether a patient's own fat-derived stem cells, combined with fibrin glue, can close fistulas caused by Crohn's disease. About 46 adults with Crohn's and at least one fistula will receive either the stem cell mixture or fibrin glue alone. The main goal is to see if the fistula closes completely.
