First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at 84 people with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma who are in their first complete remission after chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if using the patient's own stem cells or a donor's stem cells works better to keep the cancer from coming back. The goal is to find which transplant approach leads to longer survival with fewer side effects.
