Summary
This study tests whether stem cells from umbilical cord tissue can slow vision loss in people with retinitis pigmentosa, an inherited eye disease that causes blindness. Thirty participants will receive either a low or high dose of cells injected around the eye. Researchers will monitor safety and measure changes in vision, eye structure, and quality of life over six months.
