Your own fat cells could repair your Worn-Out knees
NCT ID NCT07405840
Summary
This study is testing whether a treatment using a person's own stem cells from their body fat can help repair damaged knee cartilage and reduce arthritis pain. It will compare this stem cell injection to standard protective treatments in 60 adults with moderate to severe knee arthritis. Researchers will track participants for a year to see which approach better improves pain, knee function, and quality of life.
