Summary
This study tests if two doses of stem cells, given four months apart, can improve saliva flow and ease dry mouth in 100 head and neck cancer survivors. Participants must have had radiation for certain cancers and still have daily dry mouth with low saliva production. The goal is to see if repeated treatment works better than a single dose.
