Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of an experimental injection called XytriX for adults with knee osteoarthritis. The injection contains stem cells derived from umbilical cords and is given directly into the knee joint. Researchers will measure changes in participants' knee pain, stiffness, and ability to perform daily activities over time.
