Summary
This study tests whether injections of stem cell exosomes from umbilical cords can safely regrow hair in young men with male pattern baldness. About 59 men aged 18-35 will receive either the exosome injections or a standard minoxidil treatment. Researchers will measure changes in hair density, thickness, and count over 24 weeks.
