Summary
This study tests whether a single injection of stem cells or their exosomes into the penis can improve erectile function in men with diabetes who haven't responded to standard pills. About 90 men aged 25-75 will be randomly assigned to receive stem cells, exosomes, or a placebo. Researchers will track changes in erectile function and blood flow over 12 months to see if these regenerative treatments offer a new option for hard-to-treat cases.
