Summary
This study offers an experimental stem cell infusion to patients whose immune systems are not recovering properly after a bone marrow transplant. The goal is to help boost the patient's blood cell counts and improve graft function. Participants receive an infusion of specially selected donor stem cells and are closely monitored for several weeks afterward.
