Summary

This study tests a shorter course of chemotherapy and radiation combined with the immunotherapy drug camrelizumab for people with advanced esophageal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 98 participants will receive either the combo therapy followed by maintenance immunotherapy or immunotherapy alone after the initial treatment. The goal is to see if this approach improves survival and to identify biological markers that predict response.
