New program aims to boost ADHD treatment access for kids

Summary

This study tests a program called START, designed to help families of children with ADHD get the treatment they need. About 106 children aged 6 to 12 with a new or recent ADHD diagnosis will take part. Some families will receive START sessions, while others get a pamphlet. The goal is to see if START improves treatment use and reduces symptoms, stress, and relationship problems.
