First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug Pluvicto to standard radiation can lower the chance of prostate cancer coming back while avoiding the side effects of long-term hormone therapy. About 45 adults with advanced local prostate cancer will receive one or two doses of Pluvicto along with focused radiation over a few weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective at keeping cancer under control without needing ongoing medication.
